Pro Chef Kitchen – Bao Buns

This Friday Pro Chef Kitchen Street Food are setting up outside the tap room! 🍻 Award winning professional chef Martin Lovell will be serving up delicious Bao Buns with ALL the toppings. Think Chinese crispy duck, hoi-sin, spring onion, cucumber,
coriander & chilli. Maybe sticky pork belly, lemon grass, pickled ginger, chilli, spring onion? Or sweet & sour fried tofu, pickled ginger, pak choi, chilli,….perfect to enjoy alongside a pint! 🍺 They cater for veggies 🧀, vegans 🥦and gluten intolerance too, so there’s a delish dish 😋 for every need.
