Our award winning brews are all made with 100% British Hops, the majority of which are grown here on the farm where the brewery is located. We set up the brewery in a converted chicken shed here on the farm. This inspired the name of our brand and beers, which are all named after breeds of chickens. 

Our bottles and mini casks are produced without isinglass and are therefore suitable for Vegans.
